With my one year anniversary on YouTube around the corner I have taken time to reflect on my journey so far. Yes there are other channels that have seen more growth than mine in their first year, but I did not want to focus on numbers. Creating videos was a completely new medium for me and becoming competent in a new craft was going to take time. I've always wanted my videos to have a certain feel to them with a level of production that can complement that feel. After nearly 20 videos and 4 shorts of trying to find the feel I'm going for I have found what I'm looking for. What my viewers react and engage with the most is my storytelling based content, and that works for me since I started my channel with the intention of creating sentimental storytelling cinematic content. Just had to work out some kinks to find a formula that works for both myself and my viewers. With all that said, going forward I will be branding my channel as a Gaming Commentary Channel with a focus on MMORPGs. DioDiablo Reborn will debut with 3 MMOs I'll be covering in my commentaries. As the channel, and demand, grows other MMOs will be added to my feature list. Follow Counter. Updated The First of Every Month. FINAL FANTASY 14Since my exodus from Elder Scrolls Online I've made a new home in Final Fantasy XIV, and is my main MMO. A commanding force in the MMO market there are many talking points that can be discussed about FFXIV. Commentary topics will be more community oriented as the heart of FFXIV is in it's amazing community of players and the devs alike. A small disclaimer though: some commentary is reliant on story progression, so will be limited on the current expansion I'm working through. DESTINY 2Destiny is a franchise that I've been playing since The Dark Below, and it's truly been a wild ride. What's even more wild is I've spent too much time in Daddy Shaxx's Crucible. The Vanguard gets my love from time to time, but let's not digress. The Destiny community is very opinionated when it comes to the sandbox meta, weapon perks, and the ever flowing lore that we wish had more continuity. There are many great things to talk about Destiny that we'll have fun with. ELDER SCROLLS ONLINEEven though I have left ESO it is the MMO I have the most experience with. There's always something happening in the ESO community that the fountain of content hardly stops. I wish I could say the same for the game, but we can talk about that too. Despite my criticisms I do miss ESO, like a lot, and one day want to return when I can believe in ZOS again. There's some juicy things I've been wanting to bring up with ESO so stick around for the piping hot drops.
