When it comes to PVE content Vampires have gotten the short end of the stick for years now. With some welcomed PVE friendly changes introduced in UPDATE 37 now is a great time to revisit an old classic. The Nightcrawler is themed around "Blood and Shadows" to give our Vampire the edge they need to endure in any fight. The ultimate goal is to be unkillable in just about any situation. With a powerful solo and group setup you can discover the many ways you can help keep yourself and your team alive. PRE-BATTLE NECESSITIESBefore you even think about leaving the altar you want to make sure that you're prepared for the outside world. Here is a short list of what you'll want to carry on your person: RACESPOTIONSFOODMUNDAS
CHAMPION POINTS
GEAR AND WEAPONSArmor Glyphs: Divines Weapon Glyphs: Percise or Infused (front bar)/ Infused (back bar) Weapons: Double Destro Staff Armor: All Light (pure crit chance/damage)/ 5 Light, 2 Medium (crit chance/stealth bonus/movement bonus/weap&spell damage) Mythic: Ring of the Pale Order (solo only) Monster Set: Prior Thierric Gear Set 1: Order's Wrath (armor slots) Gear Set 2: Medusa (jewelry and front bar weapon) or Mother's Sorrow (jewelry and front bar weapon) Back Bar Weapon: Maelstrom Inferno Staff or Medusa Destro Staff (if inferno not available or using Pale Order) *Medusa is excellent for getting the most crit chance AND crit damage out *Mother's Sorrow is an option for those who want a bit more Magicka in their build or don't have Medusa yet ORGear Set 1: Order's Wrath (armor slots) Gear Set 2: Law of Juilanos (jewelry and weapons) OR New Moon Acolyte (jewelry and weapons) *The Gear set 2 alternatives are ideal for those who want more magicka in their builds, and both are easily accessible via crafting sets. NMA requires more magicka sustain so I would recommend running a Breton or Altmer for a little more squeeze.) ABILITIESConfigure A: Solo Build Configure B: Group Build Configure C: Healthy Build FRONT BAR (config. A)*Blood For Blood is a spammable to help with mag sustain. If you are comfortable with your mag sustain you can swap this ability out for a different spammable. BACK BAR (config A.)* Weakness to Elements is great for solo builds when dealing with bosses and mini bosses, but isn't always the best to run when farming mobs. Morph the way you feel is best for your playstyle. Would recommend to swap to Impulse when regularly dealing with mobs for AOE burst damage.
